Due to the challenging market place since 2008, we worked alongside various senior lenders to maintain and enhance the value of a European property portfolio. The senior debt secured on the portfolios was approximately €600m.
The portfolio consisted of a mixture of income-producing, vacant and development sites. This successful process involved the development or sale of properties, the sale of loans and/or property owning entities and the general complex restructuring of the portfolio in its entirety to the satisfaction of the senior lenders.
