6,7,8 & 9 Harbour Exchange Square, London Docklands. These four buildings were acquired from two separate vendors and constituted approximately 270,000 square feet of ‘grade A’ office accommodation.
Once the buildings were acquired, a substantial refurbishment programme was undertaken and the buildings were then fully let, including approximately 80,000 square feet to The Bank of New York. The buildings were then sold to a UK Pension Fund.
