The scheme provides 459 residential units with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments including ground floor shops, cafes and retail spaces to the waterfront and main central pedestrian walkway.
The land was acquired and planning permission has been progressed. Following detailed discussions with the LA, Environment Agency, Historic England and other consultees, we anticipate this project will be submitted to the LA planning committee in early 2020 with the full support of the LA with recommendation for approval.
