Zoning has been approved for a new 1.3 million square foot mixed use development located next to Florida Atlantic University and the I95. It is walking distance to the Tri-Rail Station and at close proximity to Boca Raton Airport and Lynn University. On site uses include 829 residential units, a 183 bedroom hotel, 75,000 square feet of office space, 130,000 square feet of retail.
